On one server I have I am scanning 5 different folder structures. The scanning is working however when I click on the directory list drop down only the first 3 are displayed. I have to browse to get the other 2. How do I get it to display all 5 in the drop down list? |

The directory drop down list in PA WatchDisk is just a list of directories that you have navigated too recently. (not related to your batch scans) If you want to see the other two directories in the drop down you can simply enter the directory's path. PA WatchDisk will remember them and add them to the list to view. No matter what folder I browse to see the results, only the first 3 that were scanned show up in the drop down list.

Try running a manual scan of the other two directories.

Ran a manual scan of one of the folders not showing on the drop down list. Sorta worked...Now the new folder is on the drop down list but it replaced one of the folders that was already on there. Still only shows 3 entries in the list.

What version of PA WatchDisk are you using? You should be able to type in the address to the drive as well to get to the data.

PA Watchdisk 3.2(latest) Running a batch job that scans 5 distinct folders (all on the same server) and their subfolders every morning (ex: Folder1 Folder2 Folder3 Folder4 Folder 5) Directory list drop down only shows the first 3 folders in the batch job. Have to browse to the other 2 in order to see results.
