Hello,

I set a screen just outside my server room with PA monitor on it :)

The problem is, that the webpage times out from time to time and I have to re-login.

I want to keep that screen witout having to login the user frecquently.

Is there a way to do so?

Thanks!!!

Hi,

The webpage has an auto refresh so the page should stay open for you. Would you please send us a screenshot of the webpage after it times out? Also we would like to see all of your log files. Please zip them up and send everything to support@poweradmin.com.

Thanks
Quinn

Hi Erivn,

Can you tell me what version of PA Server Monitor you are using? Also, what report is logging your out?

Thanks

Erivn,

In the Report Settings menu there is a switch to true off the option to require Login creds to access the service, which includes remote console access and webpage reports. You can switch this off if you would like to. Report Settings

The current version is 9 so I'd also suggest that you upgrade to the latest version. https://www.poweradmin.com/products/server-monitoring/downloads/

Thanks
Quinn
