We have two satellite services listed in our FileSight console that do not have corresponding servers. When I go to "Adv Svcs" -> "Satellite Services" and right-click I select "Delete Satellite record..." yet the service never goes away. All the other options in the contextual menu are greyed-out except the delete one and "Satellite down notification...". Does anyone out there know how I can clear out these records? Thanks! |

Hi Macbrun While holding down the Ctrl button right-click on the Satellite in the Console and then choose the Delete Satellite record option and that should take care of it.
