I get the below message, but when I check the monitor on server everything seems to be fine except nothing happens when I click on the server, ie. I don't get the usual overview of all the monitors.

Monitor xxxx has been running for over 1d 3h 1m. It might be locked. (diagnostics: MID 545, TID:17828, WaitRet:timeout/busy)

That is a very long time for a monitor to be running. Please run (as an administrator)

C:\Program Files\PA Server Monitor\ForceDebugDump.cmd

That will cause the service to do a diagnostic crash and then restart. Please zip and send us all of the files in the Logs folder (including the large .dmp files). You can go to Settings > System Settings and press the FTP Logs to Support button and it will automatically zip and then ftp them to us.
