Email alerts on shutdown and restart

1	Is there a way for the monitor to send an email when the system is shutting down and also when it has rebooted on my Windows Home Server 2011 please? reboot email server asked 09 Jan '13, 12:37 Jon Reed 0●1●1●3 accept rate: 0%
