Hello,

I am following the certificate installation guide ( https://www.poweradmin.com/Help/SM_5_0/report_other_ssl_cert.aspx ) so I can install my paid for certificate. I have generated the private key and certificate request, submitted the request to my SSL provider which has provided me with the SSL for the domain and an intermediate certificate. How can I install a chain certificate into PA Server Monitor v5.0?

I had to do some Googling to understand this. The intermediate certificate is probably one from the SSL provider, meaning it shows their company name, right? If that's the case, you probably need to add it to the Trusted Root Certificates store.

Searching around some more (there are tons of links) I came across these instructions:
