PA STORAGE MONITOR Ultra V 5.0.3.135 I would like to set up a File System Analyzer scan of our shared files directory. However, there is one large folder within the directory that I would like to exclude during the scan. Is this possible?

Thanks Julie

Hi Julie,

At this time there isn't an option that would allow you set a directory to ignore in the scan process. Is there any reason why you wouldn't want to include that directory? Maybe size of the directory or the size of database.

Thanks

Hi Quinn,

We have one huge folder that contains older folders that will eventually be moved off the shared drive. So the issue is really just that it would be scanning a folder we don't care about and it is large.

Thanks Julie
