we are trying to get the subject line to look a certain way for when a new file comes in. This is for our production so they don't have to open the email. We are using the $Details$ right now and the subject looks like this:

Subject: Files created: D:INETPUBFTPROOTFICOR2141FROM_LENDERCPITAPE.TAP

we would like it to say: 2141 Uploaded CPITAPE.TAP.

Is there a way to do this with stings?

Hi,

You won't be able to get what your looking for just by using the variables in an email or pop-up message, you could try using an Execute Script Action.

Thanks

With PA Server Monitor you won't be able to do what you are trying to do with the email action. You might try using the Execute Script Monitor and with the Execute Script Action but this would take a lot of coding on your end.
